Responsibilities- The Emergency Department Clinical Quality Coordinator applies clinical knowledge and skills to perform department audits, data abstraction and collections, quality overview related to patient care, and reporting.
- This position also coordinates and over sees performance improvement activities that improve patient care/outcomes, and completes data abstraction and collection within established time guidelines.
- Assists in generating weekly, monthly and other aggregate reports as needed to support the department.
- As a clinical quality coordinator he/she is expected to adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
Associate Degree minimum
Oklahoma Nursing license
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Emergency Room experience preferred
- 4 year Bachelor's Degree preferred
