MyMichigan Health has an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the growing Hematology & Oncology Services in Midland, Michigan!

-Full time, dayshift

-Monday-Friday

-Inpatient and outpatient

-No weekends or holidays

-No call

Responsibilities

-See patients for their follow-up appointments including hematology, hospital discharges and care coordination, acute visits for patients with chemo complications

-Assists collaborating physician with consults

-Provide education to the patient and their family

-Order and review imaging and laboratory testing

Certifications and Licensures

-AHA approved BLS Certification

Required Education

-Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program

-Three years of experience with oncology preferred, primary care or hospital medicine experience will also be considered

Other Information

-Must exercise the highest degree of professional judgement under the direction of a licensed physician

-Employment is contingent on successful completion of MyMichigan Health's credentialing process
