Weekend may require every other weekend, unit needs vary throughout the week
Requirements: - LA License
- 2 years experience
- Malignant Hematology/BMT experience or oncology experience
- EPIC experience required
- ACLS
- BLS
- ONS chemo/immunotherapy course
- CPI preferred
Other Details:- May float if BMT census drops
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - No Exemptions
- Must live more than 75 miles away from facility or it is a "Local"
