Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

24 months of Case Management experience is required.

3 months of experience with Cerner is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a California license in hand at the time of application.

This role will require floating to multiple units

Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

Additional Details:

An interview may not be available prior to offer. Travelers may float at any time between units and mid-shift to meet the needs of the patients and Client Facilities.

PSV/Nursys, Pharmacology, - Case mgr certification preferred

Monday through Friday, every other weekend commitment;

This is for Inpatient Case Management with focus on timely Discharge Planning.

Maximum days off: 5 days
