- SC or Multi State/Compact License
- 1 year of experience
- Types of Cases/Experience required: Pediatric/Adult Transplant R/L Biopsy, Balloon, Stent, Valve Placement
- AHA ACLS
- AHA BLS
- PALS
- Prefer experience in Level I Trauma Pediatric Cath Lab, EP experience
